I tried to make the clouds really pop in this set, and the photos look a lot better to me now. I done a lot of noise reduction as well, which always seems to be needed in sky photos.

This entire set needed what I call the “POP” effect, which is basically setting the brightness, shadows, highlights, and color saturation so everything looks more dynamic and vibrant. I love making cloudy sky photos pop.

I always love taking photos of the Moon, but they always turn out different. I wanted to bring out more of the definition of the Moon’s surface this time, and found a process that worked pretty good.

For the most part I was happy with the way these photos turned out. The photos of mainly the sky turned out really grainy to start with so I had to go back and do some noise reduction processing. I think in the end they turned out rather nice.

I have finally finished processing what I wanted to of Set 0009. I am pretty happy with the way most of the photos turned out. There were several of the turtle photos that are a bit more noisy than I would have liked, but they still look pretty good.

I wanted to do some photos of flowers after the rain, and I finally had the chance. It was really dreary outside so the original photos are a bit darker than I’d like. However, I’m confident that one I’ve processed the RAW files they will be much more to my liking.

Photography Set 0062 Originals

This set is from Occoneechee Mountain. My first two sets from the same place had hardly any leaves on the trees, but here, a few weeks later, the leaves are fully out. The whole place looks completely different with all of the spring growth going on.
